What to Expect from Our Classes

Results from our anger management classes vary by individual, but clients can expect to gain a better understanding of their emotions and learn how to manage them in a healthy, constructive way. Using CBT techniques, clients develop skills to identify triggers, challenge negative thought patterns, and respond to anger with greater self-control and clarity. Group vs. Individual Classes

At Mindfulness, we offer both group and individual anger management classes to best support each person's unique learning style and needs.
